We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you informed.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS – delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. For international orders, please note that customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Our Returns Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cozy Fashion Shop purchase. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Legwear (leggings & trousers)
- Gift sets
Unless these items are faulty. All children’s items must be returned with original hygiene seals intact.

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, repackage your items securely in the original packaging, including all tags and protective covers. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please indicate your preferred alternative item in your return request. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item, subject to availability.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty Items
In the rare event you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and either repair, replace, or refund the item at your preference.
International Returns
