Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on legwear (leggings & trousers) and gift sets unless faulty. All children’s items must be returned with original hygiene seals intact.

Simple Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage your items securely in the original packaging, including all tags and protective covers. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please indicate your preferred alternative item in your return request. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item, subject to availability.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Faulty Items

In the rare event you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free return and either repair, replace, or refund the item at your preference.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Return shipping times vary by location
